5.2.1. IG Updates

  • Confirmed the IG is use-case agnostic and removed end-to-end eReferral workflow narrative/content.
  • Added role-based Implementation Obligations and removed reliance on MustSupport (actor-based conformance for Renderer, Population Engine, Extraction Engine, QR Narrative Generator).
  • Created/updated core profiles: Ontario SDC Questionnaire profile (constraints + obligations) and Ontario SDC QuestionnaireResponse profile (SDC-aligned with obligations).
  • Added Liquid narrative support artifacts: eForms Liquid Library profile and supporting CodeSystem (library-types with qr-narrative-liquid), and updated responseRenderingLiquid to reference the new Library profile.
  • Updated IG technical narrative: Conformance Rules, Implementer Responsibility, Connectivity Summary (informative), Form Behavior (rendering, expressions, population/extraction, narrative, Ontario-specific rendering).
  • Updated Terminology pages to document Ontario eForms ValueSets/CodeSystems used for rendering and Questionnaire configuration.
  • Refreshed Business Context pages (Business Model, Business Data, Use Cases, Business Rules) to align with updated scope and obligation actors.
  • Replaced older examples and added updated examples aligned to the revised profiles, liquid and constraints.
