This value set contains SNOMED CT procedure codes that describe a medical imaging order used in Ontario Health interfaces.

This concept map provides mapping between three-letter language codes (ISO 639-3) to two-letter language codes (ISO 639-1) intended to support Ontario Health integrations between HLv2 and FHIR contributions.

This subset contains concepts that represent a health condition sign symptom event situation with explicit context or procedure for which a medication is or was prescribed to manage improve treat or prevent. This is a broad data exchange subset that is intended to support semantic interoperability and conformance testing. It is recommended that jurisdictions define and implement more specific clinically curated subsets that contain a portion of these concepts for data capture at the point of care for their specific use case.
