Nictiz repository of FHIR STU3 conformance for HCIM Release 2017 for package version 2.x. Includes MedMij and HL7 NL. Implementation guides (IGs) that build on the packages in this project may be found at [informatiestandaarden.nictiz.nl](https informatiestandaarden.nictiz.nl ).

An nl-core base CareTeam profile that references to all relating Dutch Health and Care Information models or HCIM (Dutch Zorginformatiebouwsteen or ZIB) profiles. This profile is not based on an HCIM because no HCIM exists for the CareTeam concept.

Functional requirements taken from Health and Care Information models (Zorginformatiebouwsteen) HealthProfessional v3.2 (release 2017). Names and addresses are also in compliance with HL7 V3 Basic Components.

A Condition resource as defined by the Dutch HCIM Pregnancy v3.1(2017EN). Pregnancy or gravidity is the condition in which a woman carries a fertilized egg which grows into an embryo and then a fetus. A pregnancy of between 37 and 42 weeks is considered normal. 'Term pregnancy' is 37 to 42 weeks. The term gravidity is also used for the number of times a woman has been pregnant. This and parity - the number of times a woman has given birth - provides insight into the patient’s obstetric history.

A pressure ulcer is localized damage to the skin and or underlying tissue often over a bony prominence as a result of pressure or pressure combined with friction. A pressure ulcer involves a major disease burden and reduces the quality of life for a patient. Adequate risk evaluation prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers can lead to a fewer incidences and prevalence of pressure ulcers.

Problem as defined by the Dutch Health and Care Information models (Dutch Zorginformatiebouwsteen or ZIB) version 4.1 release 2017. A problem describes a situation with regard to an individual’s health and or welfare. This situation can be described by the person involved (the patient) themselves (in the form of a complaint) or by their healthcare provider (in the form of a diagnosis for example). The situation can form cause for diagnostic or therapeutic policy. A problem includes all kinds of medical or nursing information that represents a health problem. A problem can represent various types of health problems * A complaint finding by patient a subjective negatively experienced observation of the patient’s health. Examples stomach ache amnesia. * A symptom an observation by or about the patient which may indicate a certain disease. Examples fever blood in stool white spots on the roof of the mouth; * A diagnosis medical interpretation of complaints and findings. Examples Diabetes Mellitus type II pneumonia hemolytic-uremic syndrome. * A functional limitation a reduction of functional options. Examples reduced mobility help required for dressing. * A complication Every diagnosis seen by the healthcare provider as an unforeseen and undesired result of medical action. Examples post-operative wound infections loss of hearing through the use of antibiotics.

Procedure as defined by the Dutch Health and Care Information models (Dutch Zorginformatiebouwsteen or ZIB) version 4.1 release 2017. The concept Procedure indicates a therapeutic procedure undergone by the patient. If relevant diagnostic procedures can be listed as well. A procedure can be a simple blood pressure measurement but also a complex heart surgery.

ProcedureRequest as defined by the Dutch Health and Care Information model for PlannedCareActivity (Dutch Zorginformatiebouwsteen or ZIB) version 3.1 release 2017. It includes the request of NursingProcedure and Procedures.

This profile is based on the Dutch Health and Care Information models (Dutch Zorginformatiebouwsteen or ZIB) PharmacauticalProduct version 2.0 year 2017. It was first modeled after Product from the prerelease version 1.0 of 2017 (https zibs.nl wiki Product-v1.0(2017EN)) which is why the canonical uri is different. This will updated in the next iteration of the HCIMs profiles
