HL7 FHIR® NHS Wales PSOM profiles and conformance resources.

A profile that defines the characteristics of a PSOM message that can be shared between systems including the type of event that initiates the message. Instances of this resource provide information on the content to be transmitted and what response(s) if any are permitted.

The clinical circumstance for PROMs collection. The CarePlan is used to group Collection Events and provide context to the pathway.

Extension to capture the anatomical side associated with the healthcare referral pathway record. Note that if a patient had been referred onto a pathway for interventions to both left and right sides and the Referral Identifier was common to both then the Pathway Laterality would be both left and right.

A locally-produced identifier which uniquely identifies the referral record. All PROMs questionnaires associated with the same referral must have the same Referral Identifier.

A profile that defines a MessageHeader structure used for PSOM messaging.

Defines how a Task is used to ask for a Questionnaire to be completed. Each Task represents one PROMs Tool within a Collection Event. This profile is heavily influenced by the [SDCTaskQuestionnaire](http hl7.org fhir uv sdc STU3 StructureDefinition-sdc-task.profile.json.html).
