This backwards-compatible release fixes the following issues for MedMij information standards:

• MM-1828 | The assert in TestScripts that checks if a BSN identifier is present in a Patient resource is improved.
• MM-1824 | The Questionnaire.url element in MedMij Questionnaires 2.x (2020.01) qualification material was not conform the FHIR specification because the resource type was missing. This has been added.
• MM-1797 | Publicatie MedMij kwalificatie beoordelingsformulieren (1) Beschikbaarstellen AllergieIntolerantie o.b.v. publicatie 2020.01 (nieuw) en (2) Beschikbaarstellen AllergieIntolerantieVertaling o.b.v. publicatie 2020.01 (nieuw).
• MM-1787 | Added guidance to the FHIR IG regarding the use of the code-specification extension to FHIR instances that cannot include the HCIM ValueSet directly.
• MM-1772 | Mode value changed from "client" to "server" in the MedicationServer and PDFAServer CapabilityStatements.
• MM-1767 | Corrected links to several profile canonicals in the IG for BgGGZ.
• MM-1766 | Corrected the reference to participant's specialty ('Specialisme') in the nl-core-careteam-01 example of the zib2017 package.
• MM-1758 | Url's to the HL7 FHIR wiki pages on MedMij wiki pages pointed to a deprecated version, this has been corrected, the url's now point to the new HL7 Confluence pages.
• MM-1731 | Completed ConceptMap MateVanKritiekZijnCodelijst-to-allergy-intolerance-criticality by adding missing zib Concept translations to the ConceptMap.
• MM-1722 | City value changed from "Sitswerd" to "Stitswerd" in examples to correct the spelling.
• MM-1719 | The Questionnaires project on Simplifier did not contain examples, example instances for a Questionnaire, a QuestionnaireResponse and a QuestionnaireProvisioningTask have been added.
• MM-1706 | In de MedMij kwalificatiematerialen van Beschikbaarstellen BgGGZ (script, addendum en aanleverformaat) zijn opmerkingen gezet om aan te geven dat de scenario's 1.3 & 1.4 voorlopig buiten scope zijn.
• MM-1705 | Publicatie MedMij kwalificatie beoordelingsformulieren (1) raadplegen en sturen vragenlijsten o.b.v. publicatie 2020.01 en (2) beschikbaarstellen medicatieoverzicht o.b.v. publicatie 2019.01
• MM-1703 | Remove the ISO 3166 hint from the nl-core-address profile and refer to the HCIM instead.
• MM-1681 | Comment supplemented on element Medication.ingredient in the profile HCIM PharmaceuticalProduct to clarify its use.
• MM-1662 | In several Medication releated profiles, the base resource comment has been removed from the medication element to align with the more restricted use case in the profiles.
• MM-1650 | De sectie 'veelgemaakte fouten' in de kwalificatie-FAQ is uitgebreid met het gebruik van codesysteem-OID's en verkeerde afhandeling van niet-ondersteunde resources.
• MM-1635 | The patient names used in the MedMij Questionnaires 2.x (2020.01) FHIR qualification material deviated from the names used in addendum, this has been rectified in accordance with the addendum.
• MM-1634 | The numbering of the PHR qualification scenarios in the Questionnaires (2019.01 and 2020.01) FHIR TestScripts did not align with the functional test scripts, 1.4 and 2.4 changed to 1.5 and 2.5, and 1.5 and 2.5 changed to 1.6 and 2.6. Senarios 1.4 and 2.4 have been removed from the PHR functional testcripts, because they are not applicable for PHR testing and qualification.
• MM-1587 | In MedMij-kwalificatiemateriaal Vragenlijsten 1.x (2019.01) en 2.x (2020.01): toelichting toegevoegd bij de transacties Beschikbaarstellen / Raadplegen vragenlijst dat deze buiten het MedMij-netwerk plaatsvindt.
• MM-1578 | Added guidance to the FHIR IG on the URI's that should be used for code systems, and where they can be found.
• MM-1571 | In the nl-core-contactpoint instances of the AllergyIntolerance qualification materials, the old extension code-specification was still used instead of the zib-ContactInformation-TelecomType extension. This has been corrected in all Practitioner, Patient en Organization resource.
• MM-1560 | De test met betrekking tot de zib GezinssituatieKind is verwijderd uit het kwalificatiemateriaal van BgGGZ.
• MM-1541 | Het functionele MedMij-kwalificatiemateriaal voor Vragenlijsten is voor elke transactie apart gepubliceerd.
• MM-1462 | Example instances in the zib2017 package have been improved based on validation results.
• MM-836 | In some Medication examples, references pointing to non-existent resources have been re-referenced.
