Profil: Terminprofil (Schedule)
Fachlicher Kontext
Ein Terminprofil im Kontext des 116117 Terminservices dient als Vorlage zum Anlegen von neuen Terminslots und bündelt dadurch gewissermaßen Terminslots gleichen Typs. Außerdem soll es die Erstellung neuer Terminslots gleichen Typs
vereinfachen. Wird ein Terminslot erstellt, muss das zugrundeliegende Terminprofil angegeben werden. Die in dem Terminprofil enthaltenen Informationen werden für den Terminslot übernommen. Die Daten können vor der Erstellung des Terminslots bei Bedarf angepasst werden.
Beispielhaft veranschaulicht, heißt das Folgendes: Das Terminprofil Terminprofil A
hat eine Standard-Termindauer von 15 Minuten. Der Nutzer eines TVS erstellt einen neuen Terminslot und wählt Terminprofil A
als Grundlage für den Terminslot aus. Das TVS übernimmt automatisch alle Informationen aus dem Terminprofil (also auch die Termindauer von 15 Minuten) und zeigt sie dem Nutzer des TVS an. Der Nutzer prüft die Daten, die aus dem Terminprofil übernommen wurden. Er ändert die Dauer des Terminslots auf 10 Minuten und speichert dann den Terminslot. Das Terminprofil Terminprofil A
hat weiterhin die Standard-Termindauer von 15 Minuten. Der neu angelegte Terminslot hat hingegen eine Dauer von 10 Minuten. Alle anderen Daten des Terminprofils Terminprofil A
wurden 1:1 in den Terminslot übernommen.
Ein Terminprofil beinhaltet folgende Informationen:
- Name des Terminprofils
- Termindauer
- Terminprofiltyp
- Diagnosefremdsprachen (vom Arzt gesprochene Fremdsprachen)
- Angabe, ob das Terminprofil aktiv ist
- Buchbare Leistungsmerkmale
- Zugeordnete PractitionerRole, die die BSNR der Praxis / medizinischen Einrichtung und ggf. eine Referenz auf den Arzt enthält, der bzw. dem das Terminprofil zugeordnet ist
- Terminprofilhinweis (Hinweis für den Patienten)
Es gibt drei Terminprofiltypen:
AUTOMATISCH: Diese Terminprofile werden automatisch für alle Ärzte in einer Praxis / medizinischen Einrichtung angelegt. Es gibt pro Arzt also mindestens ein automatisch erzeugtes Terminprofil. Diese Terminprofile enthalten immer einen Verweis auf den Arzt, dem das Terminprofil zugeordnet ist. Die Leistungsmerkmale an einem solchen Terminprofil können NICHT durch den Nutzer oder das TVS geändert werden. Wenn ein Arzt neue Leistungsmerkmale bekommt, werden diese automatisch dem Terminprofil zugeordnet. Es gibt jedoch bestimmte Konfigurationen im 116117 Terminservice, bei denen nicht alle Leistungsmerkmale in ein Terminprofil übernommen werden. (Ein Beispiel hierfür sind Terminprofile von Kinderärzten; für diese werden automatisch mehrere Terminprofile erzeugt. Es gibt bspw. ein separates Terminprofil für die U-Untersuchungen und eins für alle anderen Leistungsmerkmale, die dieser Arzt besitzt. Neue Leistungsmerkmale, die der Arzt bekommt, werden NICHT dem Terminprofil für U-Untersuchungen hinzugefügt, dem Terminprofil mit den anderen Leistungsmerkmalen aber schon.)MANUELL: Diese Terminprofile werden vom Nutzer manuell über die Webarzt-Oberfläche des 116117 Terminservices angelegt. Terminprofile von diesem Typ können entweder einen Verweis auf einen Arzt, der in der Praxis / medizinischen Einrichtung tätig ist oder nur auf die Praxis / medizinische Einrichtung besitzen. Leistungsmerkmale können manuell durch den Nutzer oder das TVS hinzugefügt oder entfernt werden. Durch eine Aktualisierung der Stammdaten können diese Terminprofile Leistungsmerkmale verlieren, wenn der betreffende Arzt oder die Praxis dieses Leistungsmerkmal nicht mehr besitzt. Neue Leistungsmerkmale werden jedoch NICHT automatisch hinzugefügt.EXTERN: Dieser Terminprofiltyp unterscheidet sich nur in einem Punkt vom TerminprofiltypMANUELL: Das Anlegen eines solchen Terminprofils erfolgt durch den Nutzer im TVS und wird dann durch das TVS an die Systeme des 116117 Terminservices übermittelt.
Ein Terminprofil kann einzelne buchbare Leistungsmerkmale oder Diagnosefremdsprachen verlieren. Dies geschieht bspw., wenn einem Arzt ein Leistungsmerkmal entzogen
wird oder er eine Sprache nicht mehr anbietet. Dies wird in den Stammdaten des Arztes erfasst und durch die Systeme des 116117 Terminservices registriert. Die Systeme des 116117 Terminservices entfernen das Leistungsmerkmal bzw. die Diagnosefremdsprache dann von allen Terminprofilen, die diesem Arzt zugeordnet sind. Hat kein anderer Arzt aus derselben Praxis / medizinischen Einrichtung dieses Leistungsmerkmal, wird das Leistungsmerkmal auch aus den Terminprofilen entfernt, die der Praxis / medizinischen Einrichtung zugeordnet sind.
Es kann dadurch auch passieren, dass ein Terminprofil ALLE buchbaren Leistungsmerkmale verliert. Dies ist bspw. dann der Fall, wenn das Terminprofil einem Arzt zugewiesen ist und dieser Arzt die Praxis verlässt. Wenn dieses Terminprofil aber noch durch Terminslots referenziert wird, kann das Terminprofil im 116117 Terminservice nicht gelöscht werden. In diesem Fall werden alle angebotenen Leistungsmerkmale vom Terminprofil entfernt und das Terminprofil wird auf inaktiv
gesetzt. Die Leistungsmerkale werden auch von den Terminslots entfernt, die auf diesem Terminprofil basieren und in der Zukunft liegen.
Technisch gesehen passiert Folgendes:
Durch einen Stammdatenimport werden einem Arzt Leistungsmerkmale entzogen oder ein Arzt wird komplett gelöscht.
Die Systeme des 116117 Terminservice entfernen die Leistungsmerkmale aus den zugehörigen Terminprofilen.
Die Leistungsmerkmale werden ebenfalls aus den Terminslots entfernt, die auf diesen Terminprofilen basieren und in der Zukunft liegen.
Wenn ein Terminprofil nun keine Leistungsmerkmale mehr besitzt, wird es...
... gelöscht, wenn keine Terminslots mehr (über
Slot.schedule) auf dieses Terminprofil verweisen.... auf
inaktiv
gesetzt, wenn es noch Terminslots gibt, die (überSlot.schedule) auf dieses Terminprofil verweisen.
Dies ist das einzige Szenario, in dem der Wert des Feldes Schedule.active geändert wird. Eine Änderung ist darüber hinaus nur durch die Systeme des 116117 Terminservice möglich. Um im TVS zu prüfen, ob ein Terminprofil inaktiv ist, kann demnach das Feld Schedule.active ausgewertet werden. Eine zusätzliche Prüfung, ob dem Terminprofil noch Leistungsmerkmale zugeordnet sind, ist dann nicht erforderlich.
