This page lists all of the Examples defined in this Implementation Guide (IG). Examples illustrate how profiles, extensions, and related form artifacts are expected to be used in realistic implementation scenarios.
The Cardiology Form (Authored) example is intentionally listed first because it is manually authored reference example that was refined from OH Form Designer output. It was updated to better align with the profile, terminology bindings, intended rendering expectations, and note-info usage. The corresponding liquid file represents the converted/generated version used for implementation support, comparison, and validation of the rendering approach.
Note: The primary intent of the examples in this release is to ensure they are profile-compliant and aligned with legacy Ontario form behavior. A small number of rendering issues remain in the generated note and will be refined in the next technical release.
