A coded value used to represent medical imaging payload document type.

This value set contains example local procedure codes contributed by sites to DIRs in HL7v2 OBR-4 to identify the procedure of the MI order or MI report. Each contributing site has their own set of local codes code systems defined by OIDs.

The following list enumerates MI Document Types. The LOINC code 55115-0 displayed as Requested imaging studies information Document signifies an order . The LOINC code 18726-0 displayed as Radiology studies corresponds to the image manifest . While the LOINC code 18748-4 displayed as Diagnostic Imaging Study designates a report .

Logical Definition This value set contains all Provincial document type Codes. It include codes from http loinc.org where SCALE_TYP Doc and all locally defined Connecting Ontario C_xxxx Codes. For PoT we are only providing some examples from the expansion.
