An instance of StructureDefinition

This identifier is used to track non-prescription dispensations of medications including over-the-counter (OTC) drugs and dietary supplements (DS). It is generated by the ePA Medication Service to ensure consistent and unique identification for each transaction. The identifier is a generated UUID providing a non-composed universally unique identifier for every dispensation event.
