This profile represents the constraints applied to the patient summary clinical document by the eHealth4U project according to the national eHealth law while addressing the requirements for the implementations of the EU cross boarder services as defined by eHDSI and eHealth Network. An eHealth4U Patient Summary (eHealth4U-PS) document is an electronic health record extract containing essential healthcare information about a subject of care as defined in EN 17269 and ISO 27269.

The main use case of this profile is to represent a statement on historic or current prescription of medications for a Patient. This is part of the Patient's prescription history within the Medical History of the EHR.
Profile on Provenance

Represents the usage of the Provenance resource for the needs of eHealth4U to document how particular FHIR resources are created or modified. Note Currently the Provenance resource is used to keep a record of importing a patient's resources based on a document (e.g. IPS document EU PS document) to show provenance from resources back to the IPS source document (eHealth4U IPS module). In the future it is expected that this profile will be used for other use cases as well.

Represents the citizens who receive healthcare services by a healthcare provider in Cyprus or abroad.
Profile on Consent

The main use-case of this profile is to indicate that a Patient has agreed and has authorized a medical doctor to gain access to his her national EHR health data. Other healthcare associate practitioners who belong to the medical doctor's medical team (via their practitioner roles) can also be added as actors of the consent. A healthcare associate practitioner shall be able to access a patient's EHR data if and only if there is an acitve consent linking the Patient and the Practitioner (via a specific practitioner role of the practitioner).

Reprsents any diagnosis that is made for a patient in the context of an encounter in the CYEHR system. This might be a diagnosed problem (entered to the CYEHR system as the diagnosis made for a patient after the assessment of the patient during the encounter) or a differential diagnosis (entered to the CYEHR system as a potential diagnosis based on the medical history clinical examination and laboratory and imaging results information).
