Represents the sleep habits of a donor (research subject) or citizen (patient) of the biobank.cy. The sleep habits can be self-reported by the patient or reporeted by a medical doctor or nurse.

Represents the visit between a patient (donor or citizen) and a practitioner of the biobank.cy (nurse or researcher). The input of a new entry or the update of an existing entry in the biobank.cy Data Warehouse shall be done only in the context of a visit. Therefore all the data of a patient resource in the data warehosue shall reference a specific visit in which they were first created or updated.

Represents the location where an encounter takes place between a patient (donor or citizen resources) and a practitioner under the auspices of the biobank.cy.

Represents a donor who participates to a particular research study.

Represents every research project that is implemented under the auspices of biobank.cy.

Represents the constraint on the organizations that will be used for the Data Warehouse of the biobank.cy. The main use case is to describe the organization that is the custodian of the data stored in the data warehouse.

Represents all the roles with whcih a practitioner who provides services to the biobank.cy can access the biobank's Data Warehouse.

Represents natural or legal persons or other entity who is legally providing services for the biobank and needs access to biobank.cy data

Represents the blood pressure of a donor (research subject) or citizen (patient) of the biobank.cy. The observation is analysed in two components one for the systolic blood pressure and one for the diastolic blood pressure.

Represents diagnostic reports generated based on different types of procedures (e.g. imaging report pathology report laboratory report genetic report etc.) for a donor (research subject) or citizen (patient) of the biobank.cy.
