An nl-core base CareTeam profile that references to all relating Dutch Health and Care Information models or HCIM (Dutch Zorginformatiebouwsteen or ZIB) profiles. This profile is not based on an HCIM because no HCIM exists for the CareTeam concept.

Functional requirements taken from Health and Care Information models (Zorginformatiebouwsteen) HealthProfessional v3.2 (release 2017). Names and addresses are also in compliance with HL7 V3 Basic Components.

An Observation as defined by the Dutch HCIM Zorginformatiebouwsteen BlaasFunctie v3.1(2017EN). The primary function of the bladder is temporary storage of urine. A second important function of the bladder is secretion of the stored urine at the moment there is cause to do so. These functions can be disrupted due to various causes.

UrineCatheter describes the presence of a urine catheter. If this is the case the date of placement urine catheter location comment and catheter identification information can be described in addition to the type of catheter.

Resource describes what product is used as an urine catheter.

This profile is derived from the HL7 Vital Signs profile for Blood Pressure in order to add mappings from the Dutch Health and Care Information models (Dutch Zorginformatiebouwsteen or ZIB) BloodPresurre version 3.1 release 2017 and to provide extensions for missing concepts if needed. The blood pressure is a parameter for determining the condition of the blood circulation and is expressed in systolic and diastolic pressure in mmHg.
