An extension to carry the Attendance Category of a UEC Encounter.

Purpose

This extension extends the Encounter-UEC resource with an element to record the Attendance Category. Refer to Digital Health and Care Wales Welsh Emergency Care Data Set User Guide v0.1 for additional guidance.
